STARVE THE DOG.

One hour of work. One hour in the Word.
Whichever dog you feed is the one that wins.

“Walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.” — Galatians 5:16

01 — The Meaning

There are two dogs inside you.
One is going to win.

Two dogs live inside every man and woman who follows Christ. One is the flesh — comfort, ease, lust, pride, the path of least resistance. The other is the Spirit — discipline, sacrifice, love, truth, the narrow road.

They’re at war. Every day. And the one you feed is the one that wins.

Starve The Dog is one hour of brutal physical work followed by one hour in Scripture. We starve what wars against the Spirit by feeding what feeds it. We sharpen iron. We sweat. We open the Word. We go home different than we came.

02 — What to Expect

Two hours.
No fluff.

01

The Work

An intense workout or a run. Scaled so anyone can finish, brutal enough that no one walks away soft. Bring water. Bring shoes you can move in.

02

The Word

Open Bibles, real conversation, no performance. We work through Scripture together and let it cut where it needs to cut.

03

The Brotherhood

You won’t leave as a stranger. We sweat together, we pray together, and we hold each other to the standard Christ called us to.
